MARTA M. DIAZ, ESQ.
Marta M. Diaz is the founder and managing attorney of Diaz Immigration Law. Marta has worked for over seven years in various areas of immigration law: asylum, special immigrant juvenile visas, complex adjustment cases, complex naturalization cases, family-based sponsorship cases, U visas, U visa adjustments, and I-90s. Marta has also prepared VAWA cases, cancellation of removal cases, H-1Bs, L1s, TNs, E-3s, and more.

Prior to law school, Marta worked at a large corporate immigration firm, where she handled H-1Bs and L's. While in law school, she worked full-time at a mid-sized corporate immigration law firm, where she worked on H-1Bs, TN's and E-3s. She then transitioned to a smaller firm that specialized in asylum and complex family-based matters. Marta later interned at Hogar Immigrant Services - CCDA, a well-known non-profit in the DMV area. She has also volunteered with the South Texas Pro Bono Asylum Representation Project (ProBAR) in Harlingen Texas, helping adult detainees at the border.

Marta is licensed to practice in the District of Columbia and can assist immigration clients throughout the USA.
